I'm underweight and looking to gain 15-20 pounds. Day one was good, but today (day two) I skipped lunch and I don't think I'm gonna reach the magical number of 2,000 calories today. This is harder than I thought it would be! Friends might be helpful :)

P.S. I don't think I have an eating disorder...I just get full quick and don't have much of an appetite.

    You need to make the effort to eat. Skipping meals is not going to help you - I would suggest prelogging your day and preparing food in advance so you have it ready and you know you have planned for your calorie goal. Set alarms on your phone to remind you to eat.

    In the meantime, try something calorific for dinner - pizza and a milkshake. Burger and fries. Creamy pasta etc. Then add dessert.
