Weight loss with diet and Crossfit

Hi, I am Nikolett from Hungary. I am doing Crossfit for one year, while gained a lots of power, but due the uncontrolled diet plan, I gained weight as well. So I need to loose 35 lbs/16kg with diet and sport. Now I am here to get control and motivating friends all around the world, so if you feel the same just join me ;)

Is there any Crossfit newbies who has a weight loss goal? :)

    Hi, I'm Fiona and I've been doing CrossFit for two years and I love it. Every so often I decide to count calories/macros but this time I am going to stick with it.

    The biggest piece of advice I can give is to get an idea of what your base macronutrient profile needs to look like then start eating most of your carbohydrates around your workouts.

    This will help with improved recovery and lean muscle growth which in turn burns unwanted fat.
