Successes / struggles this week: I'm really not sure what happened here... I was under my calorie deficit goal all week and was shocked when I stepped on the scale this morning... I had expected some loss

Stepped on the scale this morning and went up 3 lbs doesn't bother me that much tho after two weeks of vacation and a week of binge I've seen it coming1

Resumed my workout routine on August 1 , this week cardio *3, hiit *1, lifting *1, bumped up cardio a little bit mostly for keeping up the morale. Will focus more on strength and ease into hiit next week. Also need to work on my sleep and keep the binging monster in check1

Successes / struggles this week: I have been fasting since Thursday at 7:30 pm (8/3). I may end my fast tonight but I don't feel as clean and energized as I normally do after a 3 day fast so I may continue for another day. I also started a new work out routine. But I never got my monthly this last month so not sure if it's the meds I'm on (they can do that or what)
I do except at least half of my loss to come back on because of weighing-in while fasting.3 -

Successes / struggles this week: Almost hit my goal in a single week! I've actually been annoyed that I'm stuck at 226 for 3 days in a row. Again, the real trick is going to be hitting my goal before August 17th, and then just not losing all that progress during vacation or the following weekend!

Successes / struggles this week: Dang it, I have been loosing and gaining the same 2 lbs for a few weeks now, I need to put my nose to the grindstone and stick to only drinking a few days a week. I have done good with workouts and I have actually lost a few inches but I need to see the scale move or I am going to lose it.1 -

Successes / struggles this week: Eating a ketogenic diet and have been fasting 18:6 but I am voraciously hungry at the end of the fast and end up eating too much in my eating window. I am reducing the fast to 16:8 to see if that makes a difference.1 -
