    Have been eating well this last week, but have been limited to time spent outside exercising due to rubbish weather. I am a live in care giver so only get 3hrs off in a day and for 10 days solid it decided to rain everyday on my break. Indoor excercise is very limited. Think I need to get an exercise DVD for next time.
    Week ahead: i am now back in France, I have brought my 16 year old niece back with me for 2 weeks. She wants to be a chef so we are planning to show her the French way of life, breads, pates, cheeses etc. I think I'm doomed

    Successful week considering it was a holiday weekend and it's so smokey it's hard to get outside to do any exercise. Just need to make time to go to the gym instead.

    Stress has been my biggest factor this week. And when I'm really stressed out I don't care what I eat and do what I want. I'm hoping this next week will be better.

    Successes / struggles this week: Huge weight loss for me this week. two things that I've done differently this week 1. I've exercised every day Tuesday-Friday. 2. I haven't eaten after 8 pm (I noticed in my diary that if I ate after 7-8pm I couldn't sleep well and wouldn't lose weight for a few days, I'd even gain weight. It doesn't get past me that I did pass my goal, not sure what to do now.

    I am confused that my body never rebounded and gained weight after my fast the beginning of August it usually does.

    I am currently depressed and trying to not fall into bad habits. You know, the FEEL BAD=EAT. Whats worse is I'm not sure why I am depressed so can't figure out how to fix it.

    Successes / struggles this week: Weighing in a day early because I'm anticipating a fluctuation upward in the morning. Have a friends birthday celebration tonight which will include evening appetizers. Hard to say whether I will track everything or just relax and enjoy time with friends.
    Had a good week of exercising and staying within calories. Nice to see the 130's again! It's been awhile.

    Successes / struggles this week: I still haven't made it back to the gym for resistance workouts yet--just too busy at work & doing some stuff around the house lately. I got cleared of my Binge Eating Disorder on August 8th due to going 90 days without a binge eating episode & feel that my eating binges are behind me now, which is something that's plagued my weight loss attempts for years.

    Successes / struggles this week: I was under my calorie deficit goals and worked out every day but one this week, but was on a roller coaster with the scale, yo-yo-ing daily between 138-141... crazy! I’m guessing it’s the new medication started early this month and then the doc doubled my dose starting last week... normally I would expect to be losing weight at a good pace when I’m being this good!

    Successes/Struggles this week: Wow finally something! Despite having a bad health week (fibro related stomach issues) and not working out I still managed to lose some weight. I have been eating well, and am feeling a renewed motivation after seeing some progress.
