After finding out I was pre-diabetic with high cholesterol I changed my diet and started hitting the gym a few times a week. I also practice intermitten fasting, which means I only eat my macros between 6-10pm every day. Our bodies burn fat the rest of the day naturally so long as your entire diet is not carbs!
