I viewed my reports after my first week on MFP. It's puzzling to me that MFP is stating that I was within my calorie goal only 3 days out of the week. MFP is considering my calorie goal at 1200 per day and not including any of my exercise as part of my daily calorie goal. If MFP expects you to eat back your exercise calories, why wouldn't this be considered in the report.
