I'm Bonnie. I am a mom of 4. My oldest are 10 (multiples) and the youngest is 2. Highest non pregnant weight was 180. Now 133. Goal is around 120. Almost there. I'm also a student studying business. My preferred exercise is running. I've done a marathon and a half and run regularly. I also walk a lot and do body weight exercises such as push ups, pull ups, crunches, etc. Exercises that don't require a lot of equipment.

I shoot for 200 Calorie breakfast, 400 Calorie Lunch and 500 Calorie dinner. I save the rest of 1500 for a nightcap. I get most of my natural appetite in the evening which has been the greatest challenge getting used to not eating/ snacking at night but changing this behaviour has been the trick to getting past the plateau. I like to eat natural and healthy foods. I keep a garden and fruit trees and eat only whole grains. I like to keep it at least 80% healthy. But I have to have exceptions, too so that I don't feel completely deprived.

Yo hablo español.
