I just got out of the hospital for Acute Pancreases caused genetic
I had nothing by mouth for 6 days and only ice water for the last 2 days - I tried to eat some chips out of habit but I got violently ill
I am looking how to eat a low fat diet

    I understand this is a very painful condition. My sympathies.

    You will be on a steep learning curve.

    Why don't you list some favourite foods and I'll try to name a no fat alternative.
