Lightly active or active?

I walk on treadmill for 3 hours every day. I go to the gym 3X a week. Do about 30 to 45 minutes of cardio and do a number of weight machines. Should I use lightly active or active in my MFP goals? I'd like to lose 1 pound a week. Thank you.

Neither, unless you have a job where you aren't sitting at all times. MFP's activity level doesn't include exercise, which is why you log it and eat those calories back.2

Thank you for your help. I was confused.1
