Amputee Bodybuilder

Im a 27 year old amputee, currently weighing in at 84 kilo and have made significant progress March to July 2017, any advice on lateral and anterior delt building as this is my weak point. Thanksrge85nfaf2ib.jpg

    I also have an issue with getting my shoulders to properly contract. I have found doing the "bro" sort of one arm leaning lateral raise, has really helped. Never letting the dumbbell reach you side, sort of keeping it out at about 30 degree angle from the start.

    Also, I think your shoulders are pretty big man. The leaner you get, the more of a 3D look your shoulders will have. Make sure your expectations are not based off what other guys on gear look like, because shoulders and traps go crazy for those guys.

    Using overhead barbell press, lateral raises and band raises are when I saw the most progress with my shoulders.

    I agree that losing body fat would likely make your shoulders look more like what you want. You appear to have good muscle mass.

    I follow Derek Weida (Derek Weida BTS) and Jeff Cavaliere (ATHLEAN-X) on YouTube. Jeff does a great job of shooting from multiple angles and stresses the perfection of form on each exercise.
