what nutrition do I need?

I'm a 16 year old girl who is overweight and trying to eat better. BUT I have no idea what amount of fat sugar sodium etc i should be having each day, anyone know? :)

    a) you have to be 18 to use this site.
    b) those goals are options to track, based on US recommended daily intakes. You should be able to see them on your diary.
