Hi everyone,
I recently joined Myfitnesspal and I need help understanding why my carbs always seem to be so high? I also saw somewhere that I should changed my goals for the "macros" Lastly, how can I up my protein??? I'd like to see it higher than 20% I hope this brief post makes sense. I want to be sure that I utilizing this app to the fullest! Thanks in advance!

MFP has their macros set to 15% protein, 55% carbs and 30% fat.
To change it go to My Home >Goals> Change Goals> Custom.0 -

Hello,
Also new and would love any help. The whole family has started with low carb diet except growing teenage son. Cleaned out refrigerator and pantry and first three weeks have gone pretty well. Would love some new friends and helpful advice.0 -
Three weeks ago the doctors suggested I increase my protein about 3x higher than the MFP recommendation and I simply have not been able to do it even once. Working on it though.0
