Broccoli does not occur naturally, it is a man-made hybrid.

Isnt that the case for most vegetables, they dont or cant grow naturally because of modifications and breeding that humans have done.

corn, wheat, potato, carrots, bananas, and many other fruits and vegetable look nothing like the naturally/wild/original varieties.

Carrots for example were purple and long and thin for like 700 years of its cultivated life, then people thought orange and fat looked better 300 years ago

Whilst they don't look like the fruit/veg we buy all of the other can be found naturally even if they look different. You are correct and carrots were purple, or yellow or white, before crossfertilisation was used to make them orange in celebration of the House of Orange's contribution to Dutch independence. Someone decide orange was the go to colour and that is what we get.

People in the work force who have a hard time taking orders from younger people and think you need to earn their respect first just because they’ve been working there longer than you.

    That’s funny.
