Hey guys! I've got myself on a clean eating challenge for 4 weeks. The first two weeks has been trial and error kind of weeks. I have learned that to continue this challenge I will have to make sure to eat clean carbs and grass-fed meats. With these changes I feel that there will be a lot of benefits to my health and training goals. I'm now aiming for a new start and to not get sick due to the foods I eat
