Hey everyone, I am Janet. I am not new to MFP, just restarting to use it. I recently was told I need to go on a low sodium diet (2000mg a day) so I am using MFP to track my sodium, potassium and calorie intake. I am working towards my life style change, also to be skinnier when I marry my soul mate August 2018.
So I have 97 pounds to go to reach my goal.

Be sure and consult the usda database for potassium information as the mfp food database is rife with inaccuracy for that data.1
