I'm still nursing my 19 month old but in the process of weaning. He's only nursing at night. Now that we are almost done, I can focus on getting myself healthier. I was not one of the lucky ones who lost weight while breastfeeding (only in the first few 2-3 months postpartum).

I'm still nursing my 15 month old twins. We are working on weaning and they only nurse 2-3 times each in 24 hours. I'm not adding in extra calories anymore because I'm no longer worried about losing my milk supply.1
