Mama looking to lose 10-15 lbs

Hi! I'm a 29 year old mama to a 1 year old boy. I've been breastfeeding for 13 months now and have held on to some postpartum weight which hasn't bothered me much until this past week.....which is when I began weaning him and have noticed an increase in weight which is very frustrating! Looks like it's time to start counting calories in order to get back to my pre-pregnancy self ! Needing motivation and friends!

    3rd time Mom here and I just went back to work a few weeks ago from my maternity leave. I found it extremely hard to lose (gained several pounds) on my maternity leave. For me, I need to get out every day where I pack and plan my meals and use my breaks to exercise. At home I could not seem to break my lazy habits of eating whatever was easy and not working out!
