I'm down 30lbs so far! Whoop whoop!
*happy dance*
Sadly though, I've been stuck at 190 for several weeks. This is nowhere near my goal weight of 130lbs.
I'm starting to get bummed out. Any helpful tips or suggestions?

Don't give up - reassess your daily caloric intake vs. exercise. Sometimes you plateau for a bit because you are building muscle and then you will notice a weight drop. Some people measure their progress by inches lost as that can be a more reliable indicator of your progress.

Thank you! I've been doing 1200 for my calorie limit because I actually kinda hate working out. I always feel like people are watching me O.o
Which freaks me out and I quit going. At home routines haven't really worked for me in the past, but maybe I've just been doing the wrong workout?

If you're nursing you should be eating around 1500 cal/day. I'm also a SAHM, with a CW of 180# & GW of 125. I had my son in March and so far diet and exercise has seemed to make a difference. Stuck at 180 for almost a month and looking for new gal pals on this journey so feel free to add me! The recipes from MFP are good too!
