Ok so I have been watching elli ip documentary and she has a cheat day every week on a Friday and managed to get down her weight and in her documentary she stated that it actually benefits her.
I have managed to loose 3 stone in 13 weeks by eating healthy and exercise I have gone from 12 1/2 to 9 1/2 stone am still wanting to loose another stone, but all I wanna do is pig out so was thinking of having one day like she does not by going over the top but just having the odd thing like a pizza on a Friday night or at work they do a chippy day on a Friday or do you lot think it will sabotage my weekly workouts bear in mind am very active I do 2 hours cardio and weights

Just have a cheat meal once a week. It won't affect you and you'll probs feel better from it, just try not to feel guilty after because you gotta live life at some point, and it'll satisfy cravings. It's also healthy to change up what you eat every once in a while

With how quickly you lost this isn't surprising. How tall are you? How many calories are you eating a day?

It's all about the math. Count your calories over your goal and figure out how they average against your week's deficit. Having the right mindset is nice, but it's only the math which actually makes any difference to how much weight you lose. If you eat more calories in a single day than your entire week's deficit, yes, it will sabotage your weight loss. If you eat some extra calories on a single day but still maintain a total deficit, you will continue to lose weight.
