Hi! My name is Heather! I have 2 children ages 4 and 1, a step son age 12, and a wonderful fit husband. I would love to get in shape so that I could be more active with them. I am excited about starting off here and getting my weight under control.

My husband and I would also love to have another child and this time I want a fit pregnancy.
