Be a 'Pal'

So many people complain that they gain weight over the winter holidays (including me). Then many of us turn around and make New Year's resolutions to lose weight (also including me).

I wonder if there is any correlation between having good habits (like I bet a lot of you maintainers have) and keeping your weight steady during challenging periods.
