So many people complain that they gain weight over the winter holidays (including me). Then many of us turn around and make New Year's resolutions to lose weight (also including me).
I wonder if there is any correlation between having good habits (like I bet a lot of you maintainers have) and keeping your weight steady during challenging periods. That was my inspiration for creating the following survey for my data collection class. Please take 3 minutes to complete it because it is probably the easiest favor anyone will ask of you today.
