Ive been maintaining at 155 for months now, and I would really like to be in the 120-130 range. However, no matter how much exercise I do or little I eat I'm still stuck in this plateau. These past couple weeks though, I have put on 10 pounds! I was in a hospital for a week, and I did a lot of stress eating afterwards. Its been a day or two over two weeks and I'm really upset about this. My clothes are tight. It is very noticeable. Any suggestions? Only positive thoughts please.

Your body needs to heal from the hospital.
A plateau is a time to tighten up your logging and sit tight. (An actual plateau is 6+ weeks).
Use a food scale. Update goals in mfp. If you were maintaining at a certain amount, you will need to drop it to lose. That is, if you are weighing and recording food accurately.2 -
I find it difficult to go from maintenance back to a deficit. It's a bit easier to cut back gradually and keep exercise consistent. I hope you're on the mend from the hospital, take care of yourself.1
