When you do high intensity interval workouts, some with weights some without, how do you log it in MFP?

    If you're talking about classes or videos then I'd suggest using circuit training- general.

    Doesn't actually sound like HIIT but that label is being attached to everything these days!

    Interval training with weights - log as circuit training.
    Interval training with bodyweight - log as calisthenics.
    Sprint/walk intervals - log the running as running, the walking as walking.
