Fat and weight loss

Hi , my name is Janice. Am having a hard time losing weight. I exercise six days a week . What am I doing wrong.

    Most of us eat when we are really thirsty, I wonder are you drinking enough water throughout the day? Also log everything you eat and you should notice some patterns. Hope that helps

    You mention nothing about counting calories. Are you doing that to ensure you're in a calorie deficit and logging everything as accurately as possible?
