    Yes, went for a walk to try and relax my back, constantly stretching, walking around, its all good, pills at home

    I competed with a broken toe one year. I rejigged a program so I could do it all on the non token toe foot but just ended up sucking it up for the weekend and then ignored my Dr's advice to take a break so I could do a show. Man that hurt

    Yea well being one of the better keepers in the club I kinda got to keep playing no matter how busted up my finger is, its ok, new gloves, new inners and tape, I'll be ok!

    I'm sore today. Took my breakfast to eat out back and sat through a sun baked plastic chair. Landed on a concrete pad. Hard on the back!

    Same reason I can never take injury time. For the ice show the instructions were follow Alison. Sometimes it sucks being awesome eh
