starting up for the 100th time it feels like, but need to stick with it this time. today is the 3rd day, and weighed myself this morning. already down 3.7 pounds after 2 full days, without exercise. does this seem like it should be cause for concern? or was i just eating really bad and way too much before that it really has made a difference?
stats are - 5'4, was 283 pounds to start, just found out i was prediabetic so this is why i am back to here, in hopes i can reverse the damage i created.

I'm surprised you haven't noticed water weight loss on your other 99 other times?? At that weight you will probably lose 20lbs in 2 months or less. I lost 20lbs in 1.5 months. then started the usual 1-2lbs/week.1
