Help! I need to cook everyday

I make a plan for the next week (breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner) and I follow that plan - I might mix up my days but I stick to the plan. On Sunday I'll prep what I can. Honestly, the key to cooking every night is having a plan and prepping. I'll make a large pot of spaghetti sauce and freeze half to have another week. I'll make 2 meatloaves and freeze one. Also - we grill a ton of meat on Sunday and have it through the week. Chicken sausage, hamburgers, chicken wings, chicken breast or whatever we want - that way I can throw together different sides through the week and we are good to go. Our FAV easy meal is frozen chicken breast, peppers, onions, ro-tel, and taco seasoning in the crock-pot. There's always enough for leftovers - we eat it like tacos, over a salad, baked potato, rice, or even turn it into quesadillas.
I keep a large veggie filled salad in the fridge for us to eat with dinner through the week. I boil eggs for my breakfast or snack and I cut up fruit and have it ready to go.2
