Anyone enjoying the benefits of a good long fast yoga workout? Shiva Rea has a great set with lots of pushups, lunges, squats and fast sequencing great for energizing pre run or just fitting in some calisthenics!!! I'm going to try to push this week to do at least 20 minutes of this type of yoga every day
