Vitamins

Hello , I take vitamins . Under what category to put this under when listing the items you're keeping track of ? For Example, do I list it under Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner or snacks ? Or do you list it at which time you take them ? Thanks

    Wherever you want. Or you can create another meal slot to log them in.

    Whenever you want to. I list them with the time I take them- so a few with breakfast and some with dinner.

    I log them whenever I take them. I track Calcium. And I log it with my meal since the body cannot absorb more than 500mg of calcium at one time.

    Whatever you want. I save it as a recipe and log it under breakfast. That way I only need to enter one thing for all the vitamins I take.

    I created a separate meal for all my supplements and put it under the custom category of supplements. You can add categories, like "morning snack" or whatever and you can add 2 more categories or rename the ones that already exist. Saving the supplements as a meal truly helps!
