I'm totally addicted to sugar, I was able to quit smoking after 14 years cold turkey with no issue. I use to smoke pot as well and quit with no issue, quit drinking and partying all the time with no problem. Try to cut out the junk food hundreds of times and have not been able to do it until now. Moms yoi I've only been doing this since the 24th but I think I got it this time lol. The first few days were rough but I found a celery stick with peanut butter and raisins helped along with my determination lol. Then I found super sweet, delish popsicles that only have 40 calories and 5 or 6 grams of sugar Lol so I have been having one of those every night for a bedtime snack. I found 1 activia yogurt that has way less sugar then the rest so I have a little of that in the morning. I even found a delish cookie and have 1 or 2 with my evening tea. I don't feel quilty or deprived anymore, First time ever when trying to lose weight. As long as I do t go over on my calories, carbs and sugar I will eat whatever I want :) I've even had fudgeos last week and lost 2 pounds the next day lol.

I cut it out, just because I couldn't handle it. Now fruit is super sweet tasting to me.

That same idea helped me out too. I switched my iced cappuccinos from cream to milk and significantly dropped the amount of calories and sugar I was spending on them. Finding a replacement can be possible and you can have the best of both worlds without feeling like you have to give up something you enjoy.
