Weight change

I have had some issues the past few weeks and have no concentrated as much as I should, and I have only made it to the gym a few times but that will all change. The thing I have noticed is, even with those two lapses, I have noticed that I am felling fuller quicker, yet the scale isn't moving either at all or in the negative direction. Anyone else experience this and why does this happen?

How long have you been trying to lose weight? It can take a couple weeks to see a new regimen take effect, so if youre new I would give it time. If you've been losing for a bit but your weight loss has stalled, it could just be youve hit a plateau. As you lose weight you require less calories and therefore have to eat less/exercise more to continue to lose weight.
It might be helpful if you gave some more information, such as your current weight, starting weight, goal weight, height, current calorie goals, etc etc0 -
Just keep at it. Weight loss is not linear.1
