Is it bad if I don't reach my carb goal?

Hello! My goals are 200g carbs, 80g protein, and 53g fat for 1600 calories. Today I ate 98g carbs 82g protein and 80g fat. 1390 calories.
My carbs were 102g short. Is this harmful. I don't want to get sick. Thank you.

Nope. You're just fine. Do you feel okay? Macros percentages are a guide, but not a requirement unless you're doing a special diet.1

Regard fat and protein goals as minimums. Hit your calorie goal +/-50 every day, or at least on average every week.1
