I started back to MFP about a month ago but started logging everything here two weeks ago. Everytime I do MFP I start losing and stop at the same weight every time. Last time I stayed there two months and gave up. The only exercise I do is walking and I can't be building muscle doing that. I haven't measured myself so I don't know. I do weigh/measure all my food. I eat a pretty good variety. I don't eat back my exercise calories usually. I only have 25 lbs to lose. I'm older too and I know my body has a lot of other stuff going on but I'm doing the same things I did before in the past and I lost at least a little every week.

Thanks! :) I get so frustrated. I am told by some people to eat more because I am not eating enough but if I do eat a little more or eat right at 1200 per day then I either maintain or I gain a little weight. Doesn't matter if I exercise that day or not either. No rhyme or reason basically.
