Hello, I've decided to start the keto diet but unsure how to. For 3 months I've weighed my food, counted calories, and worked out with no weight loss. So I'm going to try Keto. I've looked at several website calculators to see how much proteins, fat and carbs I should eat but each site gives different numbers. How did you get started? What website/book/ App are you using? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I'm just starting too :) I've done a lot of research and for a standard keto diet you're going to want 70 percent to be fat 25% protein and 5% net carbs . Net carbs are the total carbs after subtracting the amount of fiber in the product

    Hi, Iam satires the Keto diet a week ago and so far I’m loving it. It is hard not to have carbs at times, I did make the cloud bread and it helped. I would like someone to talk to for encougment on this diet and to give encougment and advice from what I’ve learned.
