Hi,

I'm trying to conceive and I'm wanting to track my vitamin intake very closely. The nutrients on the app only show vitamin A & C. I need to watch way more than that. Does anyone know if there are more available with the premium version?

There is a site called chronometer which is free to use. It shows everything, even how much omega 3's you are taking from food. Downsides are that the database is poor (nothing like this one), but it works well if you eat a lot of produce (I think it's made for vegetarians). I hope you are taking a multi that includes folic acid in case you don't get it daily from food.
I learned from it that I was not even getting half the magnesium I needed. And I learned about omega 6 to omega 3 ratios.
The MFP premium version does not show vitamins in detail any more than the free version.

Short answer: yes. I have premium and have made my supplements a "meal" you can customize what nutrients you want to track. Try the free trial. You have 30 days to decide whether it's worth $50 a year. It is to me... added bonus, no ads except for UA ads on the various blogs.

But those nutrients are still limited to the ones that are mandatory on food labels, and they're still available on the free version

^^true that. I can't recall which features were not available with the free version, but bottom line is, if you save your daily supplements as a meal or simply track which ever supplement you take (you'd be surprised how many come up when you scan the labels!) you can keep track of them. You can also save your supplements with custom labels that give you the info you need at a glance. IE: Magnesium 400mg
