We all lose sight of our dreams, our passions, our hope and drive. We lose ourselves. Sometimes we lose our smiles [at least our real ones] & become unrecognizable.
I never imagined that my life could change so drastically in my small spare bedroom, with a laptop, an old torn yoga mat and a little bit of desperation.
I remember those moments SO well. I was transformed between drops of sweat and oftentimes tears. In between seconds of sadness and frustration followed by POWER and PURPOSE.
You don't have to be great to start. You just have to start to BE great.
Life happens. It's hard to keep up. But what if I taught you something I've learned to make it all possible? It's time for the kids to go back to school and for you to get back to YOU.
I'm opening up a limited amount of spots for YOU. To help you transform your life from the inside out, to find your REAL smile again. You better hurry because spots will fill up FAST.

I would love to be apart of an accountability group, how do I join? I am not as focused on numbers but rather becoming a better athlete however I would like to be down to 135. I am 150 lbs now and am 5'5". I find that the hardest part for me is social obligations where food and alcohol and so common! I know others struggle with this as well so it would be nice to have a support system!1

I have tried so many different methods of losing weight. The only thing that's truly helps me is ACCOUNTABILITY. I had a personal trainer ($$$$) and reporting to him several times a week was really the only thing that sparked my weight loss. Sadly, I could not continue to afford the steep monthly payments and stopped seeing him. I gained it all back, and more. 5'6" and 263lbs I'm now in a state of depression, unmotivated to do anything, and clearly affecting my daily life, which turns into a vicious cycle of poor choices and even more depression. I'd love to try your Accountability Group if there's room. I'm hoping to spark my passion for a healthier lifestyle again. Regards.0
