I'm currently on an all liquid/soft food diet. Can anyone give me tips on how to keep my protein up with just liquids?

Well, I think you can probably buy some Slim Fast or they have this new meal replacement called "Soylent" that you might find fits the bill ...
Oh, just let Dustin handle your protein needs and stick to water.1 -

If you are having trouble meeting your calories try a drink like Boost or Ensure with added protein. Sounds like you might be sick.

Well, dang now I feel bad for the actual real advice. Yes, I am sick. Just trying to have a laugh with it since I really was sitting here thinking I need to find a way to up my protein so I can keep working out. But these are actually some really great ideas (including the ones about how Dustin can help. )1

New Directions meal replacement protein shakes with fiber, and the other New Directions product are all high protein. I used these/still use pre and post weight loss surgery.0

Pure Protein and Premier Protein are the best shakes around, in my opinion. Pure has more protein but Premier tastes a bit better, closer to chocolate milk.0
