School is out! Oh no

Hey, I'm Justin... Since school has been out & no summer football workouts until a couple weeks I gained 30lbs putting me at my heaviest weight ever 273lbs, I realized I needed to make a change. So last week I started the Insanity workout and eating right. I have lost 11lbs so far! & I need motivation to keep this lifestyle change going because believe it or not its not easy lol. If you have any tips or good foods to eat please let me know. I was also wondering will I lose all my muscle while doing the Insanity workout?
