I started my blog on myfitnesspal.com. and now the message boards. I am very positive about what I am doing and it is working for me. Soon I will change to the healthy food recipes and will have to find out how to keep a lot of salt out of what I eat because I have high blood pressure. Right now I am learning portion control and the weight is falling off. I am doing strength training and aerobics also. I would like some POSITIVE feedback from everyone.
