lots of the fruits and veggies I eat don't always have nutrition labels and so I just look up the amounts on myfitnesspal and I was wondering if they are a good source for fruits and veggies calories. I know in the past when I try and add food like bread that I have to correct the calories. Should I check other sites to see if they list the same amount of calories in the fruits and veggies as mfp?
