reliable calorie calculator

lots of the fruits and veggies I eat don't always have nutrition labels and so I just look up the amounts on myfitnesspal and I was wondering if they are a good source for fruits and veggies calories. Normally I know if mfp is correct because I can check the labels but sometimes the food doesn't provide labels. I know in the past when I try and add food like bread that I have to correct the calories. Should I check other sites to see if they list the same amount of calories in the fruits and veggies as mfp?

I tend to use the ones below. Top one is the US Department of agriculture so should be pretty reliable. The bottom one uses the USDA as well as other sources and also seems to be a good resource. I tend to find that a number of items on myfitnesspal are less accurate than they might be,...
