you've eaten your calorie limit for the previous day. It's 00.01 can you eat that piece of chocolate and not feel guilty?

    Nope, because it come off tomorrow's allowance. However, before midnight, if you have room in your allowance, plain M&M's have 3.4 calories per M. I've been known to treat myself to a few. I count how many I can have and stay under goal. I've made a small bag of M&M's last a week or more that way. But it does fight off the chocolate cravings.

    I honestly do that but I know it's wrong! LOL I tell myself it's a "free" zone or something. Past midnight so it's not yesterday and I haven't fallen asleep yet so it's not tomorrow.

    Debaloo if only the body agreed and we could eat freely for a few minutes after 12 lol
