High protein meals

Hello! Just joined this app a few days ago and I am looking to gain 10-20lbs. What are some amazing recipes high in protein? I am increasing my protein intake to 140g per day.

I would preplan/prelog meals, and start by adding a protein source for the meal. Work the rest of the meal out around that. When you've played bed the whole day, you can manipulate amounts so that you get the protein grams you're aiming for.0

1 gram of protien per body weight. If your trying to put that much weight on of lean muscle go 1.2 per pound. Will take an extended period of time0 -
That's an amazing amount of protein. More protein won't make you gain faster, it will just make it harder to eat enough. To gain weight, you just have to eat more. You can eat anything you want. You are the only one who knows exactly what you like and don't like. Look up recipes for meals you want to eat, or ask for specific recipes.0
