Where is or what is a good resource on figuring out how many calories in need to lose / burn fat FAST?

Did you enter your numbers into MFP? You could start there. That's where I started, it worked for me.1

None of these are concerned with speed... just getting weight off in a healthy, sustainable way. Hope that isn't disappointing. The last one especially goes into how MFP calculates an appropriate calorie deficit.1 -
Burning fat fast is the same metabolic process that burns muscle fast, too, so don't be in such a hurry.1

Lose fat = deficit
Build muscle = surplus2 -
Not these forums, anyway. We're concerned with losing fat in a healthy way that will let us keep it off. Losing it fast is pointless and will only lead to losing muscle and then putting the fat back on again.0
