Over 50kgs down and counting!!

I started my weighloss journey about 2 years ago. It's been a slow process with many ups and downs as well as hitting many plateau's. I have lost the weight naturally without the need of weight loss surgery which I am so happy about! I still have the odd indulgence and nights out with many drinks but I have finally learnt what balance is all about. I still have approx 15kgs to go but I have come too far to give up now! Unfortunately there is no secret formula and the only way I have been able to achieve this is to stick with my logging and not giving up. I know all of you can do it as well I have tried to lose weight so many times throughout my life and have had many failures! The important thing to remember if you fail just keep trying please feel free to add me if you need but looking forward to continuing my journey! You've got this!!!!

What an inspiration! I'm at the start of my journey after years of losing and gaining the same weight (and then some!) I feel like I've got so much to lose that it's overwhelming, but enough is enough. One day at a time. Well done on your amazing achievement. You should be so proud of yourself!0

Thankyou! Exactly just take it one day at a time you will get there!! The thing that helped me most is telling myself "just lose 10kg" instead of thinking I have 60kg to lose. Once I achieved my first goal I was so motivated to keep going5 -
Congratulations!1

Well done! You are right about setting goals. Small incremental goals will produce the best results and will keep you motivated once you see yourself reaching the goal, then going on to the next goal. I've lost 23 pct of my body weight doing exactly that.2
