is the blood type diet still a thing!?

A balanced diet, calorie deficit and exercise will work much better.

Is eating whatever we want, just less so boring, that we need all these crazy gimmicks? (Yes, apparently.)

Ooooohh ... type O ... the universal donor.

Quick, go donate your blood. Everyone can take it. You'll save lives.

No offence but its just a fad diet, I am shocked it's still a thing, basically do what others have suggested 1lb = 3500 calories so if you take out 500 per day you'll lose 1lb per week, if you burn 500 a day on top that's a 2lb loss per week. if you're confused with your starting calories before cutting look here: https://tdeecalculator.net/ then cut 500 out of your maintenance calories. Best advice I have found is listen to your body if your tired and hungry up your calories or lower your exercise. Even just by switching your favorite foods to healthier alternatives or cutting out fizzy drinks can make a huge difference plus googling up low calories high protein foods or even healthy meal recipes for ideas helps, good luck on your weightloss journey :)
