Changing routine

My fitness routine is currently:
M - 2.5km swim
T - 5km run and PT session at gym (strength)
W - 2.5km swim
T - 5km run and PT session at gym (strength)
F - 2.5km swim
S - 5km run (parkrun)
S - 2.5km swim
I'm getting towards maintenance (10lbs to go) and am keen to lose the two 5am runs on Tues and Thurs.
2 questions:
1. Is it possible to still maintain a good 30min time in my Sat parkrun if I'm not running otherwise in the week?
2. Should I drop a few swim sessions (cardio) and add a few more independent gym sessions in (strength). My PT is keen that I have a go myself a couple of times a week?
