Hello.. looking for some friends!

I am down from 340 to 220 LBS over the course of last 5 years. Most of the weight was lost during first the 2 years and I have been going up and down in small increments over the past year or so. One of the things that really helped me was that I had a very active friends list. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. I am looking for some friends to add that will help with accountability but also just to give some positive back and forth with. Just a little background.. I'm 28.. I love to cook, lift/run, and be outside with my dog. I don't always log my food but I check the feed every day.

I am a special education teacher and I have three weeks of no school starting today. My goal is to have a high level of activity each day.. and eat a homemade meal each meal without any junk food. I am hoping to do this for the next three weeks then lead into having a good start to the school year. Add me if interested!

    Awesome. Good luck! Most of my neals are home made or low enough ingredients that they dont need to be "made" add me if you like, diary is open.
