Looking for HELP

I have worked out my daily macros in terms of calories and how many grams I need to use in terms of carbs,fats and protein break down. Is there any kind of app where I can enter this and it will give me a meal plan with these numbers entered or is it just a case of log everything until I reach my set nutrient breakdown?

    Not sure about the ap but I'd say log your meals and make the adjustments from there. I've noticed there is a section here that allows you to see the foods and meal ideas that would benefit your goals but that is an upgrade. Good luck!

    MFP can only show you how much you need of calories and a set of nutrients.
    There's a billion different ways to reach your nutritional goals. You just need to find one every day.
    Telling people what to eat is a bllion dollar industry that over time makes people who feel fat and miserable, fat and miserable for real.
    Only you know exactly what you like, your schedule, your values, what you can afford, how much time you have available for cooking.
    You both can and should decide for yourself what to eat.
