Treadmill workout tips needed

I love working out and it gives too much motivation when i do it regularly, but when I don't feel like running or run for a short period it gives me a very negative feeling.
I want tips to be able to run longer and continuously.
I'm allowed to run only 20 mins at the GYM what's the normal rate or calories amount i should burn ? I go like 5 times a week and i weigh 83 KG

Why are you doing something you don't enjoy?

Then again.. I hate treadmills. Running outside is far more interesting than staring at my phone's screen.

Is there a reason that running outside isn't an option? The best way to get around the limit on a treadmill is to ... not use the treadmill.

I don't care fore the treadmill much either, so ive been trying the stair climber machine!! It has you dripping sweat in minutes! Plus its slow and steady on your knees too! I do 3 or 4 intervals of 5 mins just to get the blood pumpin! Try er out

I would find a different gym, or try to go at a different time when it wasn't so busy (some gyms have time limits on popular machines during the busiest parts of the day). Have you asked if the 20 minute policy applies all the time? I love my treadmill time and I'm on there for 45-65 minutes 4 times a week. It is WAY to hot and sunny where I live to consider running outside at any time of the day (when it's light), and I get bummed out when I miss a cardio day, too. Plus, I use to time to catch up on podcasts and audiobooks. I hate carrying my phone when I run, so I like that I can just set it on the treadmill shelf and be hands-free. I have lots of treadmill love :D.
