Hi everyone - just 'rejoined' and have a long way to go! Tried low carb/no carb for a while but kept getting fed up feeling deprived! I think counting calories and creating a calorie deficit must be the way to go - more choice - able to have a 'bit of what you fancy to eat'. How often do you weigh yourself?0
