Just finished 260 pushups and 180 sittups
Also learned my device does not track treadmill if you hold the front rail
Will use it on my foot tomorrow

If you are holding on to the rail you cut your calorie burn by about half do putting it on your ankle won't be accurate.

What does burns on a treadmill have to do with weight gains and body building?

most devices work because of a mini-accelerometer in it - so you need to move your arms to get the step count

I had to ditch my device when I realized that it counted a lot of my lifting reps as steps. Now I just manually enter my workouts.

Also, you could wear it on your waist, like tie it to a drawstring.

Slow down and let go of the rail.
